Four quick ways to make you better at Guild Wars 2.
Entering the land of Tyria is only 20 days away (can you believe it?). I can't wait to jump back in to some sPvP and WvW. Before you go running into the fray though, make sure you have your UI set up for maximum pwnage.
There's just a few things that can give you a little more control and a little faster reaction time.
Change your Cooldown indicator to numbers. It's so much easier to tell how long you have left. It just tells you!
General Options -> User Interface Section -> Show Skill Recharge
Mouse Speed: You want to turn fast right? This one's labeled weird. It's under Camera.
General Options -> Camera -> Rotation Speed
Ground Target Skills at Cursor: This one can take some practice. Instead of giving you the big green circle to aim your ground targeted skill, it just casts it at your cursor. With some practice this can save you valuble seconds on the battlefield.
General Options -> Combat Section -> Fast-cast Ground Targeting
Automatically set your target (if you don't have one) to an enemy you are hitting. You know how you can use your skills without a target and it still does damage? Awesome, I know. Well if you damage a foe and you have no target, the game can auto target them for you.
General Options -> Combat -> Promote Skill Target
Autoloot. You can't be bothered to pick and choose loot during combat. Just stuff it in your bag and move on!
General Options -> User Interface Section -> Autoloot
And there you have it. Four quick things you can setup before you enter combat on August 25.
UPDATE Five quick things thanks to Kaden.
